It just never ends with ADP. Stock is in another free fall. I guess the transformation initiatives backfired! Now the STOCK IS FALLING LIKE A ROCK AND the company has an employee base that doesn't have the necessary skills to run the business AND the clients are leaving AND new client starts are dismal AND no one is sitting in their super centers so the managers can feel like they have any control. Such bad vision and leadership.

You are spot on. Supercenters will return. Folks will not work from home. But watch the stock the next few days, it is likely yo be down big time, in which case people may not come back to work at all and can stay at home unemployed and without an income or work forever. ADP is a clown fest now.
They will be going back to the supercenters. The productivity was so bad from home before the supercenters that the decision was made to reduce the building count and to solve the work from home issues. With Covid-19 and their hand forced to have people work in less concentrated areas (aka supercenters) was a huge unforeseen problem in their plan. The cost of the supercenters is sunk. The cost to send equipment out to remote working employees is certainly not desired either. But the biggest problem is how non productive things have become since losing the knowledgeable people due to the transformation plan so that is paramount to fix quickly. You can bet your sweet @$$ it won't be sitting at home for very long given the chance to bring employees back to supercenters and force some productivity much less working from home indefinitely. That is not going to happen and it would have never even been entertained except for Covid-19. In fact, they were going through part of the transformation plan to lay off the remote work from home employees in addition to the higher paid employees. So, bottom line, don't get too comfortable at your home slouching and eating bon bons.
Will the employees be returning back to the super centers? Or will they be working from home forever? I heard they are sending monitors, headsets and other office equipment to employees homes.
Funny Typo: I know you meant "remain" but reaming seems appropriate given how Carlos Rodriquez has reamed this company! BTW, he needs to be fired immediately.
