I was with the company for almost 10 years and was laid off yesterday. RIFs at TD are never over, I’ve witnessed big purges every year of my employment, and every time they told us in Dec it was all over, they purged more in Jan. EMEA’s being hit today fyi... and it’s not fair, the ELT who puts us in this mess annually ALL get to keep their jobs.
Any news from APJ?
While the official rif may be done, be ready for attrition to increase as people who were on the fence/willing to wait things out get knocked into action by losing a bunch of their coworkers.
