Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Cash Preservation Idea

Since our CEO DW is so bullish on the long-term prospects of Exxon Mobil, I suggest that starting from all Sr. Executives, Executives, Directors, Plant Managers, Refinery Managers, Chief Engineers, Department Heads, Section Heads any body making total compensation over $250K should all be paid in XOM stock only at bargain price between $60-$70. I am sure all of them will be thrilled to be part of this incentive to get paid in XOM stock, without putting upwards pressure on stock price. This will also send a strong message to WS, indicating true confidence in LT prospects of the company despite up and down commodity cycle and Covid-19 as outlined by CEO Darren Woods.

It is meant to jab at the management and not the employees!

Everyone is paid in XOM stock options with a $75 strike price. Now go get 'em, because this is only a short term dip so get ready to back up the truck. Put your money where your mouth is as they say if you have faith in the future of this company!
