I received a larger increase in my social security than any employee at ADP. I am going to repeat myself , ADP is saving millions of dollars by their employees working from home. The office buildings are paying was less in internet service, electricity, general cleaning and upkeep. Plus the employees are working off the clock to get the massive amounts of work they have done and they have been told they can have very little overtime or none. In today's society where groups of people are standing up for themselves I for the life of me don't understand why people working at ADP don't band together do a walk out etc.

Whenever you do that, your name is going on a list. Beware. Too many times and you get the pink slip. This is known in the VP levels as folks moved working remotely temporarily due to Covid.
Whenever I need a break I just say my internet is down and catch some TV for a bit. About half the time it really is down though.
Welcome to the future of ADP:
1) Indian workforce takeover
2) No raises or so small it won't even be 1%
3) Terrible Management
4) Long hours at tiny desks crammed into SuperCenters
5) Terribly fragile products never getting better
6) Belittling work environment
7) Zero job satisfaction
8) Overworked with c-appy processes
9) Non-stop layoffs
10) Crumbling client base with few new starts
1% is a joke. Face it. ADP is abusing you and the rest of it's employees (me included).
Just like last year! Seniors got more from a Cost of Living Increase than ADP employees got for ‘merit’. For 2020 because this year is so crazy I didn’t expect any sort of increase. Yes the 1% was nice but it also s—ed that EVERYONE got it even people who call out regularly or skate by and don’t do their job [so the other people on the team have to pick up the slack]. Its just another example how leadership at ADP is an oxymoron.
You'll soon be "living the dream" in your pajamas and un-employed. Watch and see. Just watch and see.
Why would you expect to get a raise? People around the GLOBE are being laid off but you want a pay increase? This is not a normal year. Companies are trying to survive. Be happy that you were not laid off.
Shhhhh.......we’re in our pajamas living the dream. They know it but can’t do a thing about it. Hahahaha
