CEO Norman Thomas Linebarger never came to our site not once in the 10 years I worked for Cummins in Indiana. His headquarters were down the street. 3 years ago, C Vijayakumar visited our site. Most of you never heard of him. He’s the CEO from HCL America; siphoning our American jobs to his Indian offshore outsourcing company from Linebarger. Norman never visited our site in 10 years, no contact with his people driving business; yet, a CEO non-citizen of a foreign company stepped into our building talking to unsuspecting employees he was actively replacing with offshore sub-talent in his company. By the way, Norman approved that visit.

Spot on, spot on. It's just a matter of time before they contract out the tech jobs at CTC and other places.
Norman neglected his workforce, sold them out to foreign companies, cutting costs and ran, in appeal to his shareholders! He has no idea how to turn it all around. His existence is cutting costs, closing plants, and drowning in market failure, while clinging for breath of shareholders.
