Manager-level with 5+ years of service. It was a complete surprise and was described to me as a 'downsizing'. Last day of employment is 11/5. I've heard from colleagues that other teams/groups were impacted. Not sure how widespread the event was throughout UHG or Optum more broadly though.

It's now 01/19. Have you now found a new job by now? If you were a manger-level, I suppose the competition would be a little less?
