Why relocate when they can all partake in the Presidio jet of the CEO?
The famous middle layer has been “helpful “ (and we know who they are) proving lists again... as usual anyone that can call BS in the middle layer is there... marketing, engineering, PMO, IT.
It speaks volumes that "leadership" is not relocating. Why bother if this t–d is being sold in pieces.

1st week of December. After thanksgiving and enough time before the December holidays. Leadership thinks this is humane way of doing things
The GV lease has been on the books for a while as has been the overflow space in Austin. Could be all of 4th floor come 2nd q 2021. Lot of space to fill with leadership execs all over the Country and no signs of re-locating.
Any word on when the next round happens? I'm hearing 1st/2nd week of December. Basically same cadence as last year.

It's for sale with lease back. Means buyer gets guarantee rent. Resideo is getting out of owning real estate. Advantage to leasing financially.
