WFH has really exposed lots of folks to the company as far as value they bring vs pay. So many don’t do anything all day long, shoot an email here and there. This is a big target now on these folks. Folks that were forced to work on site every day are really shining even though they complained at first lol.

The company will soon be deploying investigators in the front yard bushes of your home. They will peak through your study windows to look for evidence that you are working. Please note that “Toobin-ing” on Zoom calls will not be considered productive time (at least from the company’s perspective). Good luck.
WFH is like sleeping on the job :)
People think that they are working by emailing or responding to the emails... basically play email to email, no real contribution.
The keystroke counting software will reveal those who really work and the timing of the key strokes.
Make sure you have significant activity every 30 minutes. or can document long phone calls during those periods of inactivity. Pretty soon, the software upgrades will integrate phone activlity and keystrokes in on management summary report and mangers can drill down. I expect next year ranking will have this technology factored in.

Such a complicated situation... Its hard for managers to synthesize the recommendations from supervisors as to who to "fire" when the supervisors themselves have not had much of a production output for the company. It is a low bar to measure but to be completely honest we are even looking at the analytics of badge swiping on campus and overall electronic activity aka logged on hours.
Fire them all.
