Wow competent people are now leaving on their own. This isn't going to end well.

There are many competent people on different teams leaving. "Brain drain" as some may call it. Look up reviews on here and Glassdoor for Abbott and Johnson Controls. She did the same thing at both of those companies and the loss of knowledge caused the companies to suffer greatly and never recover. This is the beginning of the end for McKesson.

I know. We had 4 good employees in our dept give 2 weeks notices. And several other good employees are proactively looking elsewhere outside of this company for other opportunities. The only ones who are staying here are the ones who are only there because they are the incompetent ones who are related/dating/brown nosing/banging the higher uppers.
The morale is really really low.
