We're in the window now per anon's claim earlier, "somewhere between Sept 22 and Oct 6, Nordstrom will announce some big changes".
If more FLS closures are announced, so soon after the last round, even if it makes complete business sense, what a terrible loss of confidence it will mark for this company and its future. Sad!

Do you know about the general lease terms of the FLS? Does Nordstrom have a lot of flexibility in closing these stores if and when they decide they need to do so? What’s a typical lease, 10 years? What is the company’s contractual obligation to the landlord to terminate a lease early?
