Its one of the Development Engineers who came over from Elk Hills in 2013 ( L J ). Hes running to HR about this site and what he hears among other staff talking about it. Hes passing info on to HR and they are starting to take action.

I am so glad I can retire soon. Over the next few years the workspace is not going to be about work. It will be all one big social experiment of inclusion and diversity like you have never seen. People we have jobs they s— at, but can’t be fired, and their co-workers will have to carry the extra work. It has nothing to do with qualifications or educational background or school attended.
But what was said about Oxy EC and management team being all wh*te is a fact and yet we keep hearing about DIVERSITY
