What's there really to discuss? Cabela's sux now. Managers don't care about their employees and are just about that big bonus they get. I'm sure D–k is spinning in his grave.

Conversations are slowing down in the basspro forum too. A supervisor at my store who posted a ton of stuff on here quit a few months back. Strong suspicion the people who were most vocal did the right thing and left. I know most people who where passionate about their jobs with cabelas/basspro can’t stand some of the changes lately. I’m leaving in December.
