Unions base everything on seniority, regardless of the quality of the work. WAKE UP - They don’t protect the good workers. The longer the tenure, the lower the quality of work because the union worker has no incentive because they’re not afraid of losing their job. Unions are a cult allowing mediocrity to win.
Update: at least 11 salary employees given 2 weeks notice today. Includes several project Engineers, warehouse, process/production engineering, warehouse and Operations. Looking to downsize overhead for a quick sale. God bless all affected on both sides.
Isn't this the same company the lost a discrimination lawsuit 6-7 years ago. Be careful who you work for.
They wont even say why they're laying off The stock sure hasnt decrease nor has their major sales Layoff operators apart of the union but not any contractor laborers What kind of company does that If not the Union who stands up for the workers
i bet mangement isnt taking any pay cuts from top to bottom
