F&L Workforce Reduction?

Heard a new rumor they're targeting 40% reduction (or offshoring?) by 2Q21 for F&L. Anyone hear something similar?

GEO and GVS were such a big success, claim our "leaders". We also had the many other sometimes brutal so-called reorganisations which have lead to less jobs and lay-offs (which were never called lay-offs of course).
Then why do we still "need" HW3?? When do the eternal reorganisations end?

In EAME we see jobs moving back from India (not such a big success after all?) and jobs going to Cairo, (apparently cheaper than India!).

"splitting" EM into B/L's created more management positions, less efficiency and less productivity. Was GVS not supposed to remove useless management positions? I only see more of them!

They seem to only focus on the workers and hardly any SLS and up.... those left standing don’t know how to do any of the REAL work and there won’t be any workers left to do it for them

Not way too high at all. Maybe too high by that timeline.

Way too high of a percentage for offshoring.

Agree. I have a feeling that HW3 is going to come back and say too many layers of management. Cut this and save $$$. Ofc they will be offering lucrative severance packages to management being let go.
