GE is so far gone that no amount of changes in leadership or re-organisations or realghiments or shakups are going to help. GE is a once giant that has been cut off at knees and will never again be able to stand straight. Expecting that some grand change will undo years (if not decades) of mishandling and bad decisions is nothing more than wishful thinking.

The constant realignment and reorg culture of GE is one of the factors that k–led GE
Larry Culp 2.8 million last year salary and bonuses and the board members he is in bed with(275,000 a year) have to go. selling off everything to support the groups salary(oh by the way,xray division announced going to mexico) Good job larry,well done.
It will take some time, but Culp will fix GE. Be sure of it.

The GE culture is so corrupt, dysfunctional, inefficient, and deeply damaged that the only way GE could possibly save itself would be to sell off, give away, or shut down all that remains of Old GE and start a new business venture in a new field. A complete start over with all of the lessons learned in the past and never repeat them ever again!! Trying to make a chicken dinner out of the chicken sh– that is GE will never work.
I want my dues (and yours) to stop being stolen and used for personal gain. That’s one thing that can and will change, I can promise you that. As for the company... we can only pray.
