There is zero confidence in Goeckeler and his cronies. The culture and teams have broken, people hear nothing from Goeckeler and the leadership and the stock keeps tanking. People are bailing and meanwhile Goeckeler and his team have salaries in place funded on the backs of the employees. He has created so much distrust and unrest in the company. Sad.
The CEO is making 35 million dollars this year. It's all set out in the proxy statement. The company ran out of LTI to fully fund everyone this year. Money was literally taken from the employees in order to pay the CEO's stock package.
So much blatant cronyism. Hope the board sees this. Is this normal? Feel like these guys aren’t even screened fully or go through regular processes.
Why a guy needs flash experience to run SNDK? It is not a true flash business. It doesn't own any core flash technology, simply counting on Toshiba to deliver... If people still don't understand this, I don't know if they are too dumb, or too evil. I hope massive layoff comes to SNDK. It's filled with incompetent middle managements.
He brought a guy who has zero Flash experience and was fired from Cisco. Looks like more redundancy and silos in the making.
