That is quite a drop. In the meantime, the merger of Ultimate and Kronos into UKG Group seems to be a BIG deal in the land of HCM and payroll! Look out ADP!
Haven't seen a PE for ADP at 22 since the 80's. What a shame how far this great company has fallen.
