ADP has filed with the SEC for more layoffs / continuation of the id–tic plan this CEO and board
has bet the business on. They just will harm anyone at any cost to help themselves.
Maybe it is time for the "if you can't bet them join them approach" and care less who else is hurt in the
process as long as you think it is in your interest.

I calculated it out to about $25 mil from the XCOM, most on Sept 3rd, right after they released their jobs report.
Carlos had 2 other dates that he cashed in a boat load
I looked through the SEC filings and didn't see any mention of layoffs. Maybe the OP can link us. What is curious is how much stock the board is selling. https://investors.adp.com/financial-information/sec-filings/default.aspx
Optimistically, economic improvement is likely a year away or longer. Most companies are already gearing up for a tough 2021. ADP will be a shell of itself by then. Best option is to seek a buyer while the stock price is beaten down. Maybe an Amazon could come to the rescue.
Carlos is no different then a Weatherman, he can be wrong and still collect a paycheck.
No stress on Carlos, no matter what happens with ADP. If ADP tanks he still walks away a rich man. Must be great to have no real responsibility for your work.
Ha Ha! If Carlos stays in charge and keeps up with is stupid plans they will be filing for bankruptcy!
What a horrible, insane, id–t plan by a incompetent CEO!
Can you share the link to the SEC filing for more layoffs? Once the economy improves and unemployment starts going down, ADP should be back on its feet of growth. That is in spite of this leadership team.
