I was chomping at the bit to get going at DQE today. I just thank the lord everyday that I am still here. Not only have I taken a massive wage drop but the gaffer lets me do more work for my wage drop. I love getting paid less for doing the job of three men. I'm just glad I'm not like the others that took the money and ran off to be a lot happier as I prefer being miserable and a dogs body.

Reduced ncr because no jobs to cut soon as the man of god gets near a job it will be over estimate and ncr trust me!! All good though got the gardener to save you all
Exactly, I couldn't have put it better myself. So who cares we took other people's jobs, which isn't exactly true. We kept our jobs because we are simply the best. That has been proven with the reduced ncr's and increased efficiency within the departments.
Dry your eyes people, and move on to happier times.
