This could be nothing but since this ownership has been unbelievably shady over the past 3-4 years, especially now, I feel like this could be something pretty major. Leo set up an LLC on August 20th called 7 lsst llc based in MA.
Personally I’m thinking they are close to a sale so they set this up for tax coverage. I’m pretty dumb so hopefully someone smarter reads this and can shed some light on it.
This is nothing. He has 6 other LLCs with the same name, all listed with the purpose of buying or selling real estate.
Staples, depot, imperial, some other VC group that wants a $1.8 billion dollar company in their portfolio with with a semi-national presence.

Unless your last name is Meehan, I don’t think they have any idea what’s going on. The upper management team isn’t the brightest but they also lack the courage to actually ask the question on what’s going on. They just stick to the talking points that have been drilled into them since they were brought into management.
Any independent thinker that’s in any level of management gets railroaded or forced out and they promote the Kool-Aid drinkers who won’t ask these questions and think the company has their best interest at heart, which they don’t.
I agree that this does seem suspect .
What’s especially odd is that the owners have failed to address active or furloughed employees in anyway since Covid-19 started . Upper management is holding the line in hopes of a severance and is essentially stalling by making promises that can’t be kept .
Not only based in mass, but with himself and his wife listed as principals , as well as his home address as the address of the LLC.
