Yesterday a whole team (~126 people) were invited to a call where they were told that they were going to let them go between now and march...massive lay off in a single call

12 years and got let go in the US and the “severance package” is pathetic for a pandemic. Lead said it was based off Talent Discussions. It’s not performance based, it has to do with who does or does not like you.
Thanks Accenture for helping out Americans during this crisis. 16 years at Accenture and blindsided on a conference call Capitalistic in its glory.
