Thread regarding ADP layoffs

@1dja+170kLPPQ - were you laid off because making a decent salary due to your skills? I bet you haven't been. I bet your family wasn't hurt immensely in the middle of a pandemic and horrible job landscape just because you have been a long time extremely good employee for ADP for many years. I bet you have zero understanding of what so many have suffered for no fault of their own at the hands of a CEO whose plan was only to help his own multi-million dollar bonus. You need to seriously look in the mirror and get some help.

Likely just a lazy irrelevant millennial employee who gets jolly's trying to stir up trouble and hurt others.

People certainly are allowed to, and should, discuss topics related to ADP and factors impacting layoffs, including the incompetent CEO and the falling stock price and the devastation caused to the business and employees due to extremely poor decisions made by this CEO who should be removed.

You're absolutely 1000% right. Why isn't Carlos reading these posts. So full of wonderful facts that only a few gifted individuals can figure out. If he fixed everything that's been outlined just in these last 2 threads, he'd have 2M+ clients, the stock price would be $1000 / share and in everyone's investment portfolio. It's all in plain site right here.

This person who keeps insisting that we are forbidden to discuss ADP stock and the CEO on this site must realize that what he or she is saying doesn't make any sense. Of course we can discuss anything on this site that has to do with ADP layoffs. The stock and CEO are certainly part of this.

And the people who post here don't have to be current ADP employees. So, the moment you are laid off then you immediately have to stop posting here? This also doesn't make any sense.

Why would anyone support Carlos Rodriquez after his hurting so many people, hurting the business, hurting the clients, and ultimately your future too? I need help understanding why anyone would support him. He has not made the stock better. He has pretty much f'd up every facet of ADP except padding his own wallet. Oh, and that was at your expense too... notice your whopping raise? Notice your whopping bonus? Oh I guess not. So sorry.

And yet Carlos is a horrible CEO and the stock is down again. Wishing otherwise does not change the facts. This CEO needs to be fired (or at minimum "laid off")! LOL - Carlos needs to lead by example and lay himself off!

Some people have way too much time on their hands to dwell on this so much. Get a hobby other than looking at these forums. And get over it if you're not at ADP anymore.

And no matter how words are twisted and spun, Carlos Rod–guez remains a stunningly incompetent CEO who has made serious mistakes that have been outlined by many people on this site. Think their voices on this platform don't matter? C'mon, think again.
