SOP1 will not start up after turnaround due to low market demand. When China one start up will make Singapore situations worse. If CRISP not making good profit , another round of PIP/layoff will come.

My department at chemical plant has this technical engineer who is so useless. Based on his performance the past few years and the number of medical leaves he had taken, I am amazed at how he was not asked to leave yet. The fact that he got his master in NUS makes me think that it must be a life hack for these people to get their master in local universities and then work in Singapore.

KLTC = Kuala Lumpur Training Center ? Whatever happen to site not needing to take care of KLTC’s competency level? I am wasting so much time cleaning up their mess, when I could have spent much less time and effort doing the work myself. After spending > a year trying to get them to take over site coverage, they resigned

KLTC can proposed and do things without consequences while site engineers get questioned hard , song bo?

I have been gas lighted by my boss until I got no choice but to leave the company.. who give a f@rk whether I die or i survive? Please la even if I go jump down from MBS my boss will shake leg and get his pay la… do you think he will feel guilty? No!!! He will splash dirt on me and said that I leave because I am not competent…

How many of the ground staff has left because they had the same predicament as me??

Of course la, only know how to PLP and KPKB number one. Standing from 20m away can hear what they’re saying but only primary school level talks coz no qualifications. What work farmer does? Farmer will only cares about their own business..

There is only one team in Exxon that matters the most which is yourself…

Your gaslighting boss will always tell you “take care of the company and the company will take care of you” which is wrong…

It should be take care of yourself, your skill, your health and your certification, because you are definitely not in the list of people that the company will take care of.. company will only take care of the C level people.. you are nothing and easily replaceable..

Don’t get su-k in by the 7 Eleven mind set or 24/7 mindset, even Darren also don’t work have this kind of mind set, why should you??

Spend time meaningful with family and friends outside of Exxon circle.. spend time upgrade yourself, the only thing that always remain constant were changes… look outside of Exxon and compare the changes that Exxon made you can see leaders in Exxon made mistakes as well…

You made mistakes kana PIP and warning letter with no increment.. those mistakes that the leaders of tomorrow made were swept under the rug and they kept getting increment plus bonus plus share option….

Why so hard up on yourself for the 1 % of mistake make?? Exxon is just a stepping stone of your life.. you will have a great life ahead my brothers and sisters
