Thread regarding CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield layoffs

Great operating model ... NOT!

So, this whole operating model is horrific. The "new" IT model is a mess and nothing is getting done and people are not doing work. I thought the "shared service" work was going to be done in a "shared service" area NOT in a BIO area! Looks like this new model is really working well (this is sarcasm for the slow people). Looks like that $3M+ that was spent on those consultants was really worth it! Hmmmm...I wonder who managed that project? Hint - they are still delivering so much value (sarcasm for the slow people)!

Anyone else feel like this new "operating model" is working well?
How about the IT leadership team? Still a lot of lame ducks in the ranks.
Is the business happy with these changes? So much value pouring out of the IT team (sarcasm for the slow people).
