This is just par for the course, but is anyone remotely surprised that the brand new DIRECTOR of onshore healthy and safety just happens to be the hubby of our one and only VP of HR? The person with the second (or third) most hiring authority just snagged the fam a fat raise. That said, I'm sure he gained a ton of experience for the year he was gone, so nothing to see here folks!

And neither of them would have a role remotely like the ones they have if they were truly working for a PREMIER employer.
In fact, none of 14 (and various other floors) would either.
How transparent and EOO? LOL the person in charge of hiring hires her spouse. And he went from Specialist to Director in less than a year.
Anywhere else, Leadership would reject this. The VP HR would have gone elsewhere for the sake of her husband (Really? Married? Shocked!) or the husband would not be looking for a role at the same Company. Just goes to show that this place is very, as my daughter says, “Basic”.
But their point was spot on.
Your grammar and spelling are horrendous.
Yeah the was funny we meet her last Thursday what I joke and my fat a– ashoe boss still here buying trucks/boats what a dip sh– company I’m already looking to go somewhere else!!!! Fk this
We’re an EEO company, and are supposed to provide equal opportunity to all people by POSTING job vacancies and then interviewIng more than one candidate. Instead.... the 1. HR BP, 2. HR mgr, 3. HR Dir, 4. HR VP, 5. CAO, and 6. CEO don’t care and do what they want. I assume they aren’t too stupid to know better.
But, at least we have a new Diversity and Inclusion person in HR! That should fool everyone into thinking they care about diversity. Good Job!
If he is as mediocre at his job as she is at hers then he belongs at Apache (and likely failed at Amazon).
Not surprising at all...APA's secret sauce: Hire more chefs in the kitchen and layoff the people who actually do the work, ensure leaders are related to someone, and promote mo–ns to leadership positions. The most surprising part is where this new director came from...he left AMZ to join APA? Leave a company with a market cap 2 trillion to one with 2 billion plus $6 billion debt? What in the world was he thinking? I don't care how miserable you were at AMZ or how much money your sweet wifey got you its not worth it to come back. This place is a dump now and has become even worse since he left. Money isn't everything. Good luck with that.
The VP HR has a husband? That’s the only shock. I thought we were really increasing our diversity efforts.
Who do you think your CEO's executive assistant is married to? JC's inner crew either went to university with him, were groomsmen in his wedding or worked with him at Arco. Do your research.
You're just skimming the surface of nepotism in his good old boy network. It runs deep in this company mate.
