Guess what, they have laid off TONS of employees and have enacted the WARN Act. The key here is our CEO never talks about it or mentions it. We have lost people over the past 60 days and there is more to come. Buckle up!
Well shareholders would get excited about seeing several thousand people laid off. That always makes the stock rise. But obviously they’re not doing big layoffs or they would’ve announced it already. They’re required to file with the government if the cuts are of any big number. 100,000 person organization is not gonna make announcements about 20 or 30 people here in there.
