Any news on when job losses as part of this currently ongoing Shell Expat Review might be announced? How large will be the job losses as part of this review and which regions will be impacted? I assume cuts will definitely be made before end of 2020.

There is no Shell Expat Review. Reduction in expats is just one of the measures being looked at during Reshape - look at the slides. Justification for expats is becoming more difficult for managers.
