I wouldn't worry about the MAX anymore. We don't build a MAX any more. We build 737-8s. Please welcome the new plane to our lineup.

I’ll never ride in a MAX, don’t care what airline is operating it. The design is flawed and no amount of software is going to make me feel any better about it. I’ll also be very cautious to board any newer model plane that hasn’t been proven in service for several years.

It's not about being young or old that keeps your job, it's about being educated or uneducated. This doesn't include classes the union offers you.
Not everybody got the red bell today in work-life. Boeing's going to hang on to workers that make the money can you spell robotics or engineering?
The uneducated will always come crawling back and they know that.
