Is it kiss the butt THEN Throw everyone under the bus OR is the kissing and throwing done at the same time. It seems the first is the logical option. "Those who need their butts Kissed please form a line over there. All others, form a line behind the street curb and Step forward in an orderly manner when Indicated.
Yes, the integrity department is mad chaos, they had a construction leader resign, others take the package and it’s a circus. Leadership has no clue how to stop micro manage and listen to the people. You have quality supervisor butt kissing and throwing everyone under the bus
