GE didn’t pay the electric bill in H Bay so lights out for the T Rates. Past CEO’s got all GE’s money non left for these wine arse T Rates.

1mrs+16vCG4BL You do not need 300 to run the bar shop you id–t. 60 max on the back end and maybe 60 on the front end to make service bars. Rings can be made in Poland and bars along with full builds. 150 out the door in 2020 more in 2021. The orders where barely enough to keep the members working before covid. The junk we make is basically obsolete so you better get your resume ready and stop living the pipe dream
These dumba$$e$ can't even order the materials we need to do our jobs properly let alone supply us with bars instead they have us taping sc-ap bars just to keep us busy. This place is definitely going down hill quicker than ever before, and for anyone that doesn't think there's gonna be a layoff soon keep thinking that, its worse now then it was before the last layoff. Dont forget the absent union and their backdoor deals, that print out they gave us was just what they wanted the membership to see who knows what they actually really gave up!
At the rate we are going now if management and our wonderful engineers don't get their heads out if their a$$es they won't even need 300 in the barshop.
Have you folks seen a seniority list after last layoff? 2007 service dates are within the top 200 in service., hell 2008 are as well. If GE got rid of everything but the bar shop operations, they need 300+ workers. So for a layoff to hit 2007 service 301 members, they would have to be closing almost all 273 operations. Spin the layoff BS full steam ahead, just make sure you have any facts that could be know, correct!! Keep up the assinin rhetoric, it shows everyone the intelligence level of so many of the 301 ranks!!!
Why not? It’s about 2007 or so when HS math and English scores cratered
Idk if itll go quite that far back although I did here 2008 service could be effected
