I have to say if the union does get these shifts Thursday to Monday taken back and also a recall for the laid off techs who were really laid off , I don’t know why any shop wouldn’t go union ? I mean basically then the company just laid off your buddy which could have been you and ok so that didn’t make you mandatory change your shift but still what’s to stop any of this next time or who is gonna do right for those techs in the non union shops that were laid off ? THE COMPANY? Ya ok .

That’s a lot of “ifs” once the BS from the storm blows over, no one will care that they let 1/2 the work force go. We’re all screwed!
Grow a pair and spend 1% on some protection! You’ll get more back in better raises over the years . Right now there doesn’t seem to be any future there. Good luck w the abuse. Hope it’s worth a paycheck.
Ya but 60k goes pretty quick and then it’s back to the beginning 15-20$ hr
Kinda happy they paid me over 60k not to deal w their BS. A union would have been wise along time ago. Hopefully this is a wake up call for everyone.
