Too much incompetence at c-suite specially our CIO and her stafff. lost so many good people so that c-suite can retain their bonuses. And we thought Kathy was bad. Get me the package
And not to mention incompetent internal promotions for some not worthy of a job in MT let alone a VP title. Must be due to a diversity % target only.
Exactly! Time to bring friends & family onboard, screwup, take a package & run/retire, and another re-org.
So the incompetent son or daughter who can not get jobs anywhere else are going to get a nice cushy job at mckess.all the while the honest and hardworking employees were laid off.
