Competitor down the street enjoying every bit of the mismanagement and talent loss year over year.

Who’s your technical go-to in Sugar Land now? Knock knock... (nobody is home)

Hiring new grads and internal hires only. Job postings on external sites are merely to give a false impression to investors that all is 👌🏽 ok.

Sugar Land is the headquarter office and a lot of office personnel can work from home without issues. Lab personnel are holding the pieces together for field and manufacturing support albeit with fewer folks. It’s the same story as usual here.

Looks good because they are hiring. Chemical is the only division to make money.

A post about this goes up every few days, and the same people respond with the same answers every time.

Bottom line: there is no job security in Sugarland, with BH, or with any other company. It is what it is.
