Yes thank god but Lodi and Oakland I heard the company wants to combine contracts . If that’s the case then they want something they should have to give something. I wouldn’t combine I would start a new contract and do only 3 years not 4 also get the set pay increase not variable. Look into your options. everything is negotiable. Good job to the union though .
We Lucky Altice allows Union. I know a company where they bought out everyone's Union Pensions and don't plan on renewing their Union contract, either continue working for company or leave is their method.
