Can someone tell me what 401k and bonus is like? For software engineering. Thank you.

100% up to 6%. Bonus plans that start at 5-20% of salary depending on your exempt status and position.
401k is great, they'll match 2 to 1 up to a million dollars a year. Bonus should be double or triple your salary, even if you don't come anywhere near hitting your expectations. Basically not a bonus, they just double or triple your pay just because their employees are their most important asset. Only problem is your salary and 401k match will be 0.00 because you'll be removed from the company before you start your first day. But if you're furloughed they'll pay for your health insurance. Which isn't really all that important either, because you have no paycheck to be able to pay co-pays or co-insurance, so may as well just let it all go to collections wether you have insurance or not.
