What's it matter anyway, Lampert got the major asset from Kmart/Sears through Seritage (their land), because land is always more valuable than what's sitting on top of it (it could be sold for a plethora of different scenarios).
Warren Buffet bought some, and Berkshire Hathaway gave them a loan. But as one expert says "There is notable turnaround potential, but it is far from certain that Seritage will be able to realize it given the current business environment. In other words, investors need to tread cautiously here, and most will probably be better off with a less risky investment situation."

@1ues+16rb5Ef3 Better to throw money into a fire than invest it in Lambert. At least you'll stay warm.
Poor guy, everyone's who's invested in an Eddie venture since Kmart bought Sears is sitting on roughly 99% losses.
Another stupid post, it's not sold. Post flagged for deletion
Hopefully he does better than poor Brucie who lost beelions and beelions on Eddie's Seritage tomfoolery!
@ckl+16rb5Ef3 He's already done that ten times over.
Yes, "Seritage Sold" is a drastically wrong interpretation of what the article says.
@gtq+16rb5Ef3 Just wait.... someone will spin this as evil Eddie screwing the associates while rewarding the executives with perks and bonuses
That says Dalal bought some SRG stock. Where does it say Seritage was sold?
