Discrimination/Harassment

Facing some harassment from manager.
Get loud and harsh feedback and very demotivating. Thing is none of this is documented.
Joined the company after hearing good things about the culture but turns out it’s not all that great.
Can’t name the org for obvious reasons.
Any ideas how to protect myself?

Report via etica. It works sometimes if the right HR repp is assigned. An HR guy in Kentucky is himself a d–k and supresses complains.

If others are going through the same jointly escalate the matter. Don’t have to fear any one, it’s a job.

Record the conversation and post to HR and take him to court. Don’t be afraid n beg for work.. it’s all business. Mutual respect is must.
