Edwin Robles sent out an email that said “Payment frequencies will be impacted due to company-wide initiatives to preserve cash.” We still haven’t been paid our bonuses from last sales year, our pay got cut, 401k match got cut, and it’s already mid-August and we don’t have our goals yet. Assuming we still get last year’s money in October, this alludes to us not getting our mid-year bonus in December...If they even let mid-year bonuses still happen. They’re already acting like we’re doing better than expected and better than last year...so why can’t they pay us?
This time last year, sales had double the employees, but everyone got fired. People took on the extra work with no additional pay. We’re severely understaffed and overworked. Nothing is in stock in our warehouse either. Edwin is clueless about anyone below him and grasps at any initiative Christian blindly dreams up. Upper management needs to go “for the good of the company.” They’re an embarrassment.
