Speea has done nothing more than push Boeing out. They have been instrumental in the culture of mediocrity and protecting the incompetent that bloat the ranks of BCA.
Time to decertify SPEEA. Actually..roo late now.

The union, they helped in getting rid of our pension for $10000. People were afraid they would lose 777x jobs, well look where we are at now.
The company is the union. My Dad hired in 1986 and always said the union was the best union the company could buy. Now I understood what he meant.

Oh wait, Jim McNerney and Ray Conner destroyed the machinists and engineering unions by breaking Boeing from its Washington state roots, and moving manufacturing work to Southern California and South Carolina. So correction is one can have a company without a union, aka OneBoeing.
