She looked the other way as Teradata exec team of which she is a member understated core earnings to make future and current results look better. Forbes article outlined this precisely in article about not buying Teradata turn around story from earlier this year. GC sets the proper tone on ethics. This one did not. They should all be held accountable.

Maybe it's because some of the other companies ACTUALLY are making a profit? 'No wonder the country is in a mess'– indeed, so it's because not enough companies are artificially inflating their worth?
