With the rough year and poor stock performance wondering if there's any communication as to weather they'll be bonus payouts this year. Maybe for the top layer only ? stock options ? Can't believe performance targets were hit.

Anybody getting a bonus. Heard the payout was at 60%.

There will be bonuses because if they don't give to folks they cannot take it either. Question really is how much

There will be no bonus payout this year for most who are bonus eligible. Remember a few years back when they douched over a lot of people and removed their bonus eligibiliy? More ADP treating people like garbage so the cuban can steal more. The numbers are just too far off and the stock is down pretty bad so the idea of a bonus is a pipe dream!
Who downvoted @kpc+16q9i5Dw? That's pretty sad you feel you think it's ok to harm my familes future for yours. I can assure you, you will experience a layoff very soon if you are even remotely a good employee and compensated as such.
I get it. You have been treated horribly. I don't think anyone left will get any significant raise if any at all. Furthermore, I can say without question, working at ADP now is a horrible environment, even when people are all (supposedly) working from home. I can also confirm that productivity is arguably 4-5x lower than it was a few years back when they still had knowledgeable skilled competant employees working there. It is a job at the moment, but anyone who thinks it is good or even satisfactory is completely delusional. The upper level management is out of touch and totally unqualified. Managers are demanding certain things get done without any ability to lead or even what needs to really happen. The products we are using are broken most of the time. Clients are screaming at us and leaving because of the poor service ADP has now. And the clients are at risk and losing employees daily not to mention closing their doors. New business is way off regardless of what numbers execs are trying to spin to the streets. Truth is, this place is a sweatshop at best and a horrible enivronment in which to spend 8-10 hours a day every day. I don't see ADP getting out of this downward spiral for many years if at all. The damage and loss to the company is just too severe and it isn't stopping. Just bad management harming so many people.
Go ahead and enjoy my childs money for food while I don't have a job any longer after 15 years.

No Win as One bonus this year. ADP corporate plan will be at 62% of target.
The only bonus is the 1k we got in the spring. The only other thing we’ll get is 1% increase... not based on merit; everyone gets it regardless. So if you’ve been busting it to help others who aren’t pulling their weight, stop because it will never pay off.
The only bonus that I see at ADP is continuing to hold on to your job as the layoffs continue and workers are terminated to the right and left of you while you try to hold on to your sanity.
Your bonus is more work. No money. No stock. Be thankfull you have a job you ingrate!
