Answer emails?
Meet face to face?
Address concerns?
Advocate for Ambassadors at times?
What happened????
Who took the Human out of Human Resources?
Who advocates for us?
They say there is an open door.
There is no door.
Open your mouth and they will find a way to fire you.

Human Resource is there to protect the company. They investigate your claims and determine if they need to protect you so as to protect the company. HR is not about the employees.

Seaworld should be ashamed. This lousy group of people you call HR. A department that doesn’t return calls, doesn’t pay severance, doesn’t let you see your employment file. They come into the parks and try to act friendly. Don’t trust them. They are company trolls.

They are also SN pawns. Don’t believe for one moment that they care about Ambassadors. Plus they are all too naive to even grasp that they are contributing to the problem. Toxic energy.

Please remember that ultimately HR is there for the company's best interest, not the employee's. They do enough to pacify the workers to get the most out of them for the cheapest costs.

Wilson HCG is the new HR company. There were a handful that returned back to work and the rest they are leaving in limbo. Some are working in the hr building.

They packed up my HR friend's desk and gave her office to someone else. They had her come pick up her boxes at the front desk. She is still furloughed and had been with the company 25+ years.

I have personal knowledge the SN has instructed the new HR team not to allow furloughed employees to interview for any jobs. SEA per SR doesn't want to pay them for their dedication and service anymore.

They outsourced HR to an outside company who doesn't work on site. So they don't give a c-ap about anyone except themselves. If they tell you they care they are only saying that to shut you up. The ones left are just puppets for SN.
