How many apps running on separate servers are required to run a c-sino????? We’ve lost our way. Need a REAL software exec to run this company. If it's truly a time of cleansing out the system, clearing out the dead wood, here's hoping that several of the head honchos in the Sydney office fall on their swords, get their golden parachutes and make way for real leadership. They're responsible for the abysmally toxic culture that has been nurtured in that office. If they stay, nothing will change. If they had any honour, they'd see their time is up, but from what I witnessed over those years, honourable behaviour isn't one of their strengths...
On top of that, you have a project management team that has no clue how to manage projects. The VP just likes to talk, smoke and run his social club. Most of them have no degree and you have to explain to them what is going on, they are not needed and should be removed and a real PMO implemented.
Oh my. D–k raven, walt wellman, tom minor, jay stone. Those were the days of TRUE innovation. Lately the c-ap coming out of these departments is just plain laughable. Sad but laughable
