Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Hey Carlos, stock is in trouble under your watch.

Down again today. Same as yesterday. Same as most days.

And this is when the stock markets are near all time highs.

Come on employees, let's vote and replace this CEO. Hasn't he hurt enough people already?

And how about that god awful marketing ADP put out with the eye straining colors and just horrific double vision looking logo stuff. Textbook case of terrible marketing where people would not tell the truth for fear of reprisal yet it was so obvious that it was just bad, and done by low skilled folks in marekting.

Yeah, the street signs in the hallways, the kids throwing frisbees and nerf darts in the office, and riding skateboards down the halls was such a stupiid plan he had. I bet the investors and clients would prefer to have some professional employees and leaders as opposed to the garbage in has turned into.

Carlos put too much emphasis on trying to create cool and fun products and lost sight that it's the service and low cost that clients really care about, not funky phone apps that look like they came out of a High School science fair. Also misled by the consulting gods that ADP management turns to for every move.

And Carlos needs to face the music and be shown the door as a result of this. His actions squarely and directly impacted ADP in a very adverse way. He needs to be replaced.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had, and will likely continue to have, an adverse impact on its business operations for two years or more.

The shares have been priced for growth, and without that growth expect a sustained period of lower share prices.
