Executive Level Leaderless-ship have realized that the 737 production rate can never increase higher without first delivering the 450+ Built-And-Undelivered airplanes that are parked around the country (i.e. Victorville CA, San Antonio TX, Renton/Seattle/Everett/MosesLake WA).

Per previous statements that Boeing’s 737 Max backlog has been depleted year-to-date, additional customers will also do additional future cancellations, or deferring until end of this decade, from the diminishing backlog through the next two years or more.

Additionally more customers are planning to cancel, or defer for a long time, a majority of those 450+ Built-And-Undelivered airplanes that are collecting soil and dirt.

Thus, Boeing will not be able to ramp-up to even 10 airplanes per month be the end of 2021.

Undeliverable airplanes yields to diminishing revenues yielding to even more diminishing workforce at Renton. Per Executive Level Leaderless-ship, the current levels is still too much after the fat-trimming.

From what I heard and gathered from management, 1/2 is an understatement. 60 to 70% more likely

All 777s have been cancelled through 2025 to move the assembly line to Alabama.

Start looking for houses there and kiss your Union goodbye

we are down from 52 airplanes a month to 4 a month for the whole year. Rate in next year is not crossing single digits. Even mid 2022 rate wont cross more than 10-12 a month. Now you can estimate how many people are needed in Renton

Around September or October, Renton will cut 3/4 not half.

Yes, it is a phased approach.

Scheduled WARNs are at the end of August, Mid-September, and Mid October.

First-level and second-level managers have assessment exercises weeks before WARN notification, so start engaging with any manager, besides your own.
