coronavirus WFH policy

What's the WFH policy at Teradata? Any plan to extend WFH like FB or Google?

Very impressed with and grateful for Teradata's handling of the virus. Communication has been frequent, interactive, and proactive. Even five years ago, I could not have imagined the company handling this so well, never mind 10 years ago or longer. It seems very clear than no one will be forced to go back to the office till they feel safe doing so, and the phased return is shared clearly and thoroughly. Well done.

I think the company has done an incredible job with the covid task force and taking care of employees. Other areas of the company could follow suit.

the company considers the status of each region where each office are located. everyone is being taken cared of.

I certainly hope so! This coming back in October suggestion is ridiculous. I don’t know anyone in San Diego who works an office job that has plans for their staff to return until into 2021 at the very earliest. Why go to an office and sit uncomfortably in a mask where you’re not allowed to collaborate in rooms with your team anyways? Might as well stay home and be comfortable.
