What is the status of the pending layoffs on the Raytheon side? Also what is going to happen to the former Raytheon corporate. All the execs were replaced by UTC people but what about the lower level workers?

From one of those BU I can tell you people were laid-off, under the guise of duplicate roles due to merger. Believe it or not, doesn't matter to me - but it happened.
The seattle times article (that was referenced in first post above) spoke to the layoff that just happened - there is another coming in August.
Why do you say this includes missiles and defense and intelligence and space. While I won’t argue that they will be hit in time but as far as I’ve read and been told. The majority of those numbers are coming from Collins and Pratt.
