Not sure Intel ever "pro-rates" Bonus payouts when people are leaving the company regardless if it's voluntary or involuntary separation. Perhaps they do and it's kept very quiet?
I’m sorry to hear. Are you also being given prorated ECBP along with the one week of pay for each year of service? How long will you have medical/dental benefits?
Going by recent severance packages for laid off groups, it was a week of pay for each year of service. Wonder if bean counter Bob cut it down from that?
This is good news for Intel (yes i understand difficult on the people) but this was not a CORE focus for Intel and we need focus more on CORE LOB.
