Agreed, dead wood stays afloat. The low low achievers stay because nobody wants them.8989
Pretty simple. Good people cost money. Good people challenge questionable practices and won't lie to customers about why they are not getting what they paid for. JCI doesn't like any of that. Their culture is also very much of a who you know vs. what you know. People protect their buddies vs. judging who stays or goes based on merit.
That sounds about right for JCI. I never understood why they would keep low performers and get rid of their best assets.
