I would prefer a package and to take my chances any day rather than gathering up the rubble left behind by yet another downsizing with even fewer growth opportunities in sight.
If right sizing happens I doubt it will be in the form of a layoff. Look at pws recently. Trimming here and there

I am thinking since Exxon did away with match it’s only a matter of time! Be aware that the first packages are always the best!
